Technical Support

NOBLE staff are available to assist member libraries with problems relating to the Innovative system, telecommunications network, PC’s, application programs, and Internet issues during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm).

If you are having trouble with any of NOBLE’s services and you cannot reach anyone at the regular technical support number, pleasefollow the instructions below to contact NOBLE staff:

  1. Call NOBLE’s main number at 978-777-8844 or the technical support number at 978-777-8866.
  2. At the automated greeting:
    • Press 1 for off-hours emergency
    • Leave a voice message describing the problem.
  3. NOBLE staff will be paged and someone will retrieve your message and call you back.

If you are unable to reach the voice mail system, try calling the cell phone directly at 508-527-6143.

Network Monitoring

Atrion Networking monitors the NOBLE telecommunications network 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and reports data line outages to Verizon when they occur. If you are aware of any planned power outages that your town or campus may be scheduling, please let NOBLE know so we can notify Atrion’s monitoring staff.
