- Messages with Holds Number
In the Staff Client, if you select a hold and select Suspend Hold from either the Actions menu or a right mouse click [See [Screenshot, you get the Modifying Hold box with the message “Are you sure you would like to suspend hold 784?”The number after the word “hold” is the database ID for that hold, which is probably not useful to you. It would be better if we could change this to show more significant information, like the title and patron name or barcode, or even if it just said “this hold” rather than giving a specific ID. There may be other messages that also use only the Holds ID. We’ll look into this one.
