Adding a Line Item to a Selection List from the Catalog

  1. Retrieve the bib record in the staff catalog.
  2. Click on Actions for this Record in the right hand side of the screen.
  3. Select View/Place Orders from the drop down menu.
  4. Click on Add to Selection List
    • If creating a new list, type the name of the list in the first box labeled Save as Selection List.
    • If adding to an existing list, begin typing the name of the list in the second box, labeled Add to Selection List, and select the list you want when it appears.
  5. Click Save. The title will appear as a line item in your selection list.
