- Copyright Advisory Network:The purpose of this site is to encourage librarians to discuss copyright concerns and seek feedback and advice from fellow librarians and copyright specialists. The Network is sponsored by the American Library Association Office for Information Technology Policy. There is forum where users can post copyright questions.
- Copyright Slider: a digital tool to help determine if a work is copyright protected.
- Columbia University Libraries/Information Services Copyright Advisory Office: This site addresses copyright issues within an academic setting, but provides some useful resources regarding general copyright issues including a fair use checklist, advice on identifying the copyright holder, and sample permissions letters, which my apply to the digital library.
