The first step in setting up your new books lists is to transfer these files to your Web server:
- First, run a report using the “New Books List by Date” report template
- You will need to select a date range (month/year), your library and one or more copy locations

new_items.css
Once these files are in the directory on your server, you can begin creating new books lists.
To create a new books list:
- Choose either Excel or CSV as your report file format
- View the report output and save the file with this name: “report-data.csv”
- Using an FTP client, transfer report-data.csv to the specified directory on your Web server
- Put the link to the New Books list on your Web site.
