Search the catalog for the serial title
Select “Actions for this Record”
Select “Alternate Serial Control”
Click on the Subscription ID number to go to the subscription details page
Click on the “Issuances” tab
Double click with your mouse on the row of the issue that you want to edit
A box displaying the attributes and values for the issuance will display. Make any needed edits and click to “Save”
In this example, assume that you have unexpectedly received a combined issue for July and August.
Edit the Label to reflect the publication change and click to “Save”
Next, select the July issuance and click to “Delete Selected”
Note: only change and issuance individually if the change in publication pattern is unexpected. If you find that the pattern has changed permanently, you should delete expected issuances and create a new pattern code to account for the change.
