There are often times when you need to look at the order information for a particular item.
If you have the item in hand:
- Go to Item Status using one of the following methods:
- Hit F5
- From the Portal Page click on Item Status/Display
- From the Cataloging menu and clicking Display Item
- Scan or type in the barcode.
- In the Actions for Selected Items menu, click Find Originating Acquisition
If you don’t have the item in hand:
- Pull up the title in the catalog.
- Click on the item barcode which brings you to the Item Status screen.
- In the Actions for Selected Items menu, click Find Originating Acquisition
