    Use this form for general questions about Libby/OverDrive or problems downloading or streaming audiobooks, ebooks or magazines from Libby/OverDrive.

    If you don't know your library card number, you're getting a message that Libby can't verify your account, or your card has expired, you will need to contact your library directly to check or update your record.

    If you are using a card from a library from one of our partner system, you will need to contact that library.
