    Use this form for general questions about Libby/OverDrive or problems downloading or streaming audiobooks, ebooks or magazines from Libby/OverDrive.

    I'm being asked for a password. How do I find my password?

    Beginning October 6th, you will be asked to provide your library password to access your Libby account.

    You must have an email associated with your account to reset your password.

    Invalid Card

    If you are experiencing any trouble using the “Partner Libraries” feature in Libby, you may need to validate your card(s) manually.

    Verify your card(s) manually

    1. Tap Menu, then Cards.

    2. If needed, tap the drop-down icon to switch libraries.

    3. Tap  or Exclamation mark icon on your card.

    4. Tap Verify Card, then sign in with your library card again.

    Once the card is validated, then the authentication should begin working for that library network, as well as for the partner libraries/networks.

    Expired Card

    To renew your card online, follow these steps:

    1. First, go to your local library's online catalog. You can also visit this web page and choose your library (https://catalog.noblenet.org/catalogs).
    2. Then, click the "Sign In" link in the top right of the screen.
    3. Once you are signed in, you should be directed to the "Your Account" page.
    4. On the left menu bar there is an expiration notice along with a button to "Renew your card". Go ahead and click that button and then follow the steps to renew.
    5. If you are on a phone or other device with a narrow screen you may not have a left side menu. In that case, you need to open the "Your Library Card" section under the "My Account" menu. That menu is at the right of the screen near the top. The URL for that section is https://catalog.noblenet.org/MyAccount/LibraryCard (replace catalog with your town or school).

    Contact your local library if you are not eligible to register online or to renew an expired card.
