Downloadable audio and ebook figures were counted using the link in records with a located URL in the 856 field. Overdrive titles are available to all libraries and were counted for each library.

Circulation Totals

Circulation totals are broken down by the statistical categories 'ARIS Formats' and 'ARIS Age Range'. If copies in Evergreen do not have these statistical categories set, then they will not be counted in this report. Incoming ILL's entered by staff should have these set and are counted in this report. Incoming Virtual Catalog items receive a format and age range of 'Virtcat' and are listed separately on the report.

NOTE: checkouts to patrons with a profile of "Non-circulating" or "ILL Card" were subtracted from the individual library reports. These checkouts were for internal use only and should not be counted as a checkout on the ARIS form.
