For periodical holdings, the system counts copies. Be aware that the ARIS and IPEDS forms request that you report bibliographic volumes and not the number of issues.

Downloadable audio and ebook figures are best obtained from your vendor. While some holdings are in the catalog, they may not be completely represented. The catalog currently contains 415 ebooks and 51 audiobooks from Project Gutenberg which are not counted in the reports below. See the Overdrive page for Overdrive holdings.

This is a summary of the number of items each library has in Evergreen as of July 1, 2013. The figures are not broken down by format.

The following chart shows the number of bibliographic records that each college library is attached to. This corresponds with the IPEDS request for the number of titles owned.

Circulation Totals

Circulation totals are broken down by the statistical categories 'ARIS Formats' and 'ARIS Age Range'. If copies in Evergreen do not have these statistical categories set, then they will not be counted in this report. Incoming ILL's entered by staff should have these set and are counted in this report. Incoming Virtual Catalog items receive a format and age range of 'Virtcat' and are listed separately on the report.

NOTE: checkouts to patrons with a profile of "Non-circulating" or "ILL Card" were subtracted from the individual library reports. These checkouts were for internal use only and should not be counted as a checkout on the ARIS form. Also subtracted from the report were checkouts of materials with circulation modifiers of "part". These were checkouts of pieces of a set such as a booklet attached to a DVD.

Web renewals WERE added to each library's report.
