Word Processing

The Library provides Microsoft Office 2000 for anyone who would like to use a computer for personal use. This suite of programs includes word processing, spreadsheet, database, and business presentation applications. There is no charge either to use the computers but we request a donation of ten cents per page to help us cover printing costs.

These programs are available on all 24 of our public computers. You do not need to sign up to use them ; simply come to the Library and use any available computer. We regret that we cannot book time slots in advance, or reserve computers for you.

You may print to our high-speed laser printers using either our paper or your own, but we ask that you help us conserve paper and ink by printing only what you really need. We ask that you help us to cover the escalating costs of paper, toner, and printer maintenance by donating ten cents per page printed.
