The library has a collection of over 1,800 VHS videos and 1,000 DVDs in its adult collection, as well as more than 1,200 children's videos. The collection includes not only current and classic feature films, but also documentaries on history, science, travel, home improvement, and other topics.

Videos and DVDs circulate for one week. All non-fiction titles (documentaries) are free, but feature films are $1.00 per week per title. Those for which there is a fee are generously funded by the Friends of the Library. Your dollar helps the Friends to add new titles to the collection.

Adult videos and DVDs are shelved in the audiovisual alcove on the main floor near the circulation desk. Children's videos are shelved outside the Children's Program Room on the lower level. You are also welcome to borrow videos or DVDs from other libraries on interlibrary loan if there is a particular title we don't own.
