Janet Ernst, volunteer of the year, and Ellen Winkler, President of the Friends

The Friends of the Swampscott Public Library have named Janet Ernst the Volunteer of the Year for 2011. Janet is a very, very dedicated volunteer and neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night, will keep her from getting books ready and helping with the newsletter mailings. She even recruits other volunteers for the library! Thank you, Janet, for all your hard work!
