The Swampscott Public Library now subscribes to Mango Languages, a web site that teaches practical conversation skills for more than 20 different foreign languages as well as English as a second language. It’s available to any Swampscott resident with a valid library card and an internet connection. It’s the fast, easy and effective way to learn to speak a foreign language!
