National Film Preservation Foundation; NFPD The National Film Preservation Foundation (NFPF) is the nonprofit organization created by the U.S. Congress to help save America's film heritage.
National Film Registry; Library of Congress The National Film Preservation Board preserves films deemed "culturally, historically, or esthetically important". Each year, the board selects 25 films to add to the National Film Registry.
