Hoovers

analyses, list of selected companies, and key web sites. Industry profiles
are searchable
by industry name, SIC code, NAICS code, product name, and a hierarchy
of industries.
ISI Emerging Markets
“This resource aggregates and produces unique content including full-text
news articles, financial
statements, industry analyses, equity quotes, macroeconomic statistics,
and market-specific
information for countries in Latin America, Central/Eastern Europe, Southeast

Marketline
Marketline Business Information Centre provides access to 10,000+ U.S.
and international
public and private company profiles, 2500 industry profiles and 100 country
profiles.
Mergent’s
Reports on over 25 industry categories. Searchable by name, region, and
date. Users may
also obtain profiles of countries by history, geography, people, government,
economy, etc.
Standard and Poor’s Industry Surveys (within Standard and Poor’s Net
Advantage)
S&P's Industry Surveys are updated twice a year and provide
key data on over 50
industries from health care to telecomunications. The library's subscription
includes
access to the Global Industry Surveys. Searchable by name and region.

Hoovers
Company reports on 15,000 public and private companies worldwide. Each
profile provides
a summary of operations, history, list of officers, products, key competitors,
and up to 10
years of summary financial data.
Lexis Company Dossier
Company Dossier includes U.S. and global company overview information;
financials;
competitive information; executive information; subsidiaries list; current
news articles
and press releases; docket listings, litigation trends, litigation risk;
trademarks; etc.
Comparisons may be made between five different companies and output may
be
downloaded into Excel.
Mergents
Mergent Online provides online access to the print Mergent (formerly known
as Moody's)
products. Use this product to access company data and financials (historical
and current).
Standard and Poor’s NetAdvantage
Standard and Poor's NetAdvantage provides access to S&P's Industry
Surveys, Stock
Guides, Dividend Records, Mutual Fund Ratings, Corporation Records and
much more.
Industry Surveys are updated twice a year and provide key data on over
50 industries
from Health Care to Telecomunications. The library's subscription includes
access to the

The well respected database for psychology, PsycINFO, which is produced
by the
APA.
SocINDEX
SocINDEX with Full Text contains full text for 242 "core" coverage journals
dating
back to 1895, and 72 "priority" coverage journals. Offers coverage from
all
sub-disciplines of sociology.
