Meeting & Quiet Study Rooms
The Library has a large Community Meeting Room on the First Floor and a smaller Conference Room on the Second. During the day and on evenings when the room is not booked for meetings, the Conference Room may be requested for group projects or tutoring. The Quiet Study Room, adjacent to the Conference Room, may be reserved by individuals who need a quiet place to work. Wireless access is available throughout the Library, including in the meeting rooms.
To book a meeting, a member of the requesting organization must fill out and sign a Meeting Room Reservation Form. To request a Form, to reserve the Community Meeting Room or Conference Room for a meeting, or for more information, please contact Linda Duffy in the Administrative Offices at 781-231-4168 x53 or e-mail her at . Please refer to our Meeting Room Policy.
Library programs and meetings have first priority when scheduling the use of the meeting rooms, followed by Town meetings and events, and then local non-profit organizations and groups. Although there is no charge for the use of the rooms, a donation to the Friends of the Library is always appreciated.
