Getting Help
We know that using the library can sometimes be confusing and frustrating.
Remember that all the staff at the McQuade Library are here to help you -- it's our job!
If you have a question about how to find books, search a particular database, or just need to find a restroom, please ask us! Even if you don't speak English well, we encourage you to practice your English and ask us questions. We'll be patient and do our best to understand you.
The McQuade Library is a "self service" library. This means that you are allowed to find your own books and are expected to do independent research. However, we still recommend that you ask librarians for advice and help. We want to help you succeed as a student!
