Library Cards |
A library card shall be issued by any NOBLE public library to any user requesting one without regard
to city of residence if they do not have a card currently in the database. The
library will verify the information presented by the patron by a driver's license or other
positive identification.
If a card has been lost, it may be replaced for a fee of $1.00. Library cards that are
worn or cannot be read by the laser will be replaced at no charge
