Goal 1: Expand technology related to information access, retrieval and delivery, and use of social media to help students close workforce gaps and prepare for 21st century careers.
Goal 2: Further align the library's Information Literacy initiative to facilitate integration into the general education requirements and core curriculum of the college, in support of fostering lifelong learners and promoting student success.
Goal 3: Continue to align the BHCC Library & Learning Commons with the college's curriculum in order to identify and build student knowledge and awareness of workplace skills and expectations.
Goal 4: Seek funding and opportunities for activities for the BHCC community and the public that promote cultural competence by leveraging the BHCC Library's visibility and reputation in civic engagement.
Goal 5: Continue to evaluate library resources and services to better foster a culture of care and accountability to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
