In accordance with the guidelines and policies of the North of Boston Library Exchange (NOBLE), the American Library Association's "Policy on Confidentiality of Library Records," Article III of the American Library Association's "Code of Ethics," and applicable Massachusetts state and federal laws, BHCC Library regards its users , records, circulation and otherwise, as confidential, and will not release these records except when compelled by law.
