Information Handling Guideline
The Bunker Hill Community College ID Station is consistent with other BHCC Information Handling Guidelines. All students must obtain or renew their student identification cards within the first five weeks of a new semester. The card remains the property of the college and must be presented to any college official upon request. The identification card data of BHCC students, faculty, and staff may be made available to law enforcement and other college departments as needed. Only trained BHCC Library and Learning Commons staff are allowed to issue ID cards. Request for information about students, including but not limited to name, photograph, or ID number are to be referred to the Library Director.
