BHCC Library & Learning Commons Collection Development Guidelines
The Bunker Hill Community College Library collection reflects the mission
and interests of the institution. The goal of collection development is
to provide students, faculty, and staff access to a rich variety of print
and non-print resources. The process strives to develop and maintain information
and research materials for a culturally diverse college community and to
provide materials that attract and address a variety of learning styles
and levels of sophistication. The holdings should support the curriculum
while offering a balanced and meaningful presentation of a wide range of
subjects.
