Thank you for your interest in a part-time position at Bunker Hill Community College Library. The Library Assistant position is an important job on campus, filled with many learning opportunities and rewards. While working in the library, you will gain valuable customer service skills, learn more about the library's resources, build your resume, and develop an understanding of a student-centered, technologically- and academically-focused library.
Before applying, all current BHCC students should check with the Financial Aid Office to determine if they are eligible for work-study funding. This will allow you to accurately fill out the application as a Work-Study or Part-time.
When you're ready, go to the next page to fill out the application, schedule, and self-evaluation form. Fill out each page completely; only finished applications will be considered.
You may download, save, and/or print a copy of this application for your information and to use in preparation for the interview.
Once we receive your completed application packet, we will decide whether to contact you for an interview. Not all applicants will be contacted. If we do not have any current openings, we will keep your application on file for the semester, after which you will need to re-apply for consideration. If your contact information changes at any time during the semester, please let us know as soon as possible.
