We're not here to talk about computers and technology. Instead, we'll use our time to put those chips and bits to work. Let's consider designing coursework that supports and enhances learning objectives and goals. Today's session includes consideration of resource based teaching concepts and draws on elements from web-based learning techniques and the constructivist theory of education.

You will be helping to create your own web file to take with you after today's session. If you decide to re-work some of your classroom activities to include online resources, the disk will provide you with a consistent start and stop place during the research and development process.

The form that information comes to you in makes a difference in how you relate to and use that information. I'm supplying you with several versions of this segment of today's hands-on workshop. This file is linked to a the handout and simplified template to help you get started. Here, we'll use the contents to demonstrate how simple it is (assuming you've already considered current copyright law and intellectual property rights issues) to borrow material from most websites.
